Renato Pirocchi (March 26, 1933 in Notaresco – July 29, 2002 in Chieti) was a racing driver from Italy. He was the hope of the sport automobile Italian, by the middle of the 50s, lors that he would run in Sports Buses, on Stanguellini with weak capacity. He would become a star of the Italian Junior Formula a little later. He participated in one Formula One World Championship Grand Prix, the 1961 Italian Grand Prix on September 10, 1961 finishing 12th and scoring no championship points.
In 1959, he ran in a Taraschi car and made friends with the driver Lorenzo Bandini, but on the track, there was a sacred rivalry between the two drivers as proved in the Grand Prix of Syracuse. The next year Renato changes teams and joins Stanguellini. He becomes the Italian Champion. His most beautiful victory was during the Grand Prix from Havana to Cuba.
